Ken started in the Life Insurance industry in 1988 and rose through the ranks to be appointed in 1996 as a Group Sales Manager, one of the quickest appointment of group sales manager at that time.

Through out his sales and management career, he has consistently delivered excellent results and received numerous awards at companies and industry level.

Nominee of Life Underwriters Association of Singapore as Singapore’s Life Practitioner Award in 1998. In 2002, 21 out of 108 Sales Representatives qualified for Million Dollar Round Tables (Top 1% financial adviser representatives in the world).

For the last 30 years, a practitioner, still actively selling, leading and advising sales professionals. Ken has depth experiences and knowledge in Channels Sales, Agency Leadership and Management, regular trainer and platform speaker in the region.

In addition, he is the co-founder of PearComms, a technology company that works on sales force automation.

He is regularly invited as Speaker, Trainer/Coach, developer and Consultant, in Singapore, Asia and Middle East in the area of Sales and Distribution Management, CRM-Sales Force Automation, Sales Planning Software Process Development, Sales Kits for Special Needs, etc.

Ken Bay
Founder

Ken is the founder of Voices Of Sales, a training and consultancy start up that specialises in Asia’s sales domain and the sales profiling tool – Sales Talent Matrix. In addition, he is the co-founder of PearComms, a technology company that works on sales force automation.

For the past 26 years, Ken practices and actively leads a sales team. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge in Channels Sales, Agency Leadership & Management. Furthermore, he is a regular sales trainer who works with sales personnel and leaders in the region, as well as, a platform speaker in local and regional sales seminars.

Additionally, Ken provides consultancy services and has developed tools that aid in customizing the sales process, training and sales force automation.

Fareed has been passionate about business ever since he was 18 years old. He has spent his time in multiple businesses such as solo ads and e-commerce. As an advisor for Action Teams, a team building company, he assisted them in setting up team building games, using technology, for large corporations such as Audi.

He dedicates his spare time to be a mentor for ITE students in the Mendaki mentorship programme for 3 years. From there, he discovered his passion in teaching and became a trainer in Pear Comms, a high technology company building a customer relationship management (CRM) software on sales compliance. He has trained over 500 corporate clients on this software over the years.

As the blockchain technology & cryptocurrencies became increasingly popular, Fareed became passionate in it. After trading for over 2 years, he has trained many others who wanted to get started in cryptocurrencies. Now he shares his knowledge and experiences in both IT & Business to the public.

Ambrose is the lead content creator of Voices of Sales, using his expertise to develop with Ken, the Sales Profiles and Sales Guides. Coach Mike Lee, has been in Financial Industry since 1990s when he joined a UK Investment Firm as a Futures Trader from trading turrets till late 1990s. With the improvement in communications technology in the late 20th century, (Evolution of the Marketplace) from Open Outcry to Online Trading. In year 2002, Coach Mike Lee was one of the pioneer to start sharing online trading at Hyderabad and Chennai in India. With passion and years of experience trading on derivatives futures, commodities and currencies.

Coach Mike Lee has trained thousands of retail investors on how to trade Forex profitably. Graduates include people from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, GuangZhou and Wuhan in China and India- Hyderabad and Chennai in India.
On top of his trading course, recent month Coach Mike Lee also took up the role of being the Marketer of ThePhoenix System for overseas project. He is also sourcing for talents traders through the course he conducted to join the Super Elite Trader programmed by ThePhoenix Team.

Stephan Huang Jianming is a sought-after speaker, trainer and presenter in organizations and schools. Since 2004, Stephan has facilitated and trained at multiple youth motivational and skills-based workshops and camps.

Over 10 years Stephan has touched the lives of over 7000 people from all walks of life. Stephan now serves as the Managing Director of his own training company Stecolate Pte Ltd offering training services. Trainings include sales presentations and coaching in areas such as business, social media management, internet marketing, mobile applications development ,communications, leadership and motivation. In the last 2 years, he has been focusing on helping SMEs gain more traction in areas like their marketing efforts, HR, events and Sales.

Stephan has spoken on stages in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia and Australia. His fun and highly engaging presentation style has captivated and inspired both young and old. Recently he completed his 8th marathon and set is on the goal to complete 100 marathons in his life-time. In addition, he also has a goal to start his very first chocolate café in Singapore.

Eric Lim is currently a Senior Deputy Director at Synergy Financial Advisers Pte Ltd (SFA). His illustrious career spans over 16 years since his graduation from National University of Singapore in 1999.

He achieved the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for 3 consecutive years from 2001-2003, and in 2007, he became the Top 5 Manager in Asian Region. This presented him with the opportunity to give talks to agencies’ leaders and advisers in Vietnam, Indonesia and locally.Led by his continued belief in training & development as foundation to a successful insurance career for new hires, Eric also actively contributed at the Financial Services Manager Association, Singapore, as the Education Chairman in 2010.

Eric strongly believes in sharing his sales management knowledge with others and has been actively giving talks at various corporate and community platforms.

Alex Ong
Associate Trainer

Alex, a highly motivated trainer with more than five years of experience in facilitating team building, workshops on community leadership and interpersonal skills across diverse industries, particularly in voluntary welfare organisations. Alex facilitated workshops on conflict management, cross-cultural communication, networking, emotional intelligence, and work plan seminars to meet the needs of the staff, grassroots leaders and student leaders. His proven success in leveraging experimental learning to design, develop and deliver successful workshops bilingually has opened him the door to both private and public sectors.

Alex also worked as a Sales Director in the real estate industry prior to his stint in the public service. As a Sales Director, he had handled a diverse customer base across public and private estate markets. This sharpened his communication skills for effective networking. He holds a Bachelor in Business Management (Marketing) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Diploma in Community Services Management from Nanyang Polytechnic, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from SkillsFuture Singapore, and a certificate in SPOT on Facilitation. He is also a certified emotional quotient and experimental learning facilitator.
