Being a digital enthusiast, he is capable of planning advance digital market presence and developing omni-channel market strategies.
With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, he has worked in government and MNC level projects during his career in both Singapore Sport Council and UBS bank after which before starting his own venture. Been exposed to various digital business model evolution from transforming digital web presence to standalone ecommerce business, and from marketplaces to SAAS.
With 10 years of experience in Business Development, Senior Sales Management, Soft Skills training in corporate sales, Dylan Lee is equipped with knowledge to empower businesses to scale to the next level.
His career in multinational corporations allows him to impart valuable knowledge to fresh and experienced salespersons to apply these skills to improve their sales tactics.
He had also succeed in reducing operating expenses for large corporations up to 75% in his career. His experience hails from large corporations like Yamato Transport, Robinsons, and Triumph international (internship). He had also worked with partners in China, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore.

Fareed has been passionate about business ever since he was 18 years old. He has spent his time in multiple businesses such as solo ads and e-commerce. As an advisor for Action Teams, a team building company, he assisted them in setting up team building games, using technology, for large corporations such as Audi.
He dedicates his spare time to be a mentor for ITE students in the Mendaki mentorship programme for 3 years. From there, he discovered his passion in teaching and became a trainer in Pear Comms, a high technology company building a customer relationship management (CRM) software on sales compliance. He has trained over 500 corporate clients on this software over the years.
